Fixed the issue where the F3 overlay would duplicate every time because the mixin appended to the F3 line list whenever extractLines ran, so if that list got reused or appended to more than once per frame in someone's setup, the lines stacked until they covered the screen.

Added a showDebugOverlay option to the config to turn the F3 line off.
