This update fixes a few bugs and adds a few internal features.

* Fix 'Redundant particle list for modernity:salt' on load [#1]
* Fix trees not generating by sapling when full grown
* Fix cluster bush and grouped bush features not being centered at the generation pos, causing strange empty area's on hills facing positive x and z
* Fix random crash "We are asking for a chunk out of bound"
~ Modernity does no longer accept forge versions below 28.1.40
+ Added update control file which is loaded from github to notify users of new versions.
