What's new

- Fixed bamboo being literally the worst (There's a vanilla bug where using bone meal on bamboo that is close to world height causes a crash; vegetational increase was triggering that crash :^))

- Disallowed disabling all negative aura unbalance effects

- Added a config to move the aura cache bar to the other side of the hotbar
