NaN Health Fix Neo

Fixed the issue where mobs with NaN health could not die properly.

This mod resets the health of any entity whose health value becomes NaN back to 0, allowing it to die normally.
It is a 1.21.1 NeoForge remake of the original mod NaN Health Fixer, which has not been updated for a long time.
