These are the various alters that will help convert Empty Essence into particular items.
The Eidolon, a phantom mob that lurks about various biomes.
The empty essence will abosrb "Soul Charges" as you kill hostile creatures. Once a sufficient amount of Soul Charges have been abosorbed it will be ready for conversion at an alter.
Empty Essence that is used in alter crafting to convert them into the appropraite essence type.
