What's new

Items behave sensibly now.

Moving an item moves it. Endless meant nothing was ever taken from a stack, which made using
an item free -- the point -- but also made moving one free, so every slot an item passed
through kept a copy. Using an item is still free; carrying one around, dropping it, hoppers
passing it along and picking it up off the ground now behave as they always have.

Delete empties the slot under your cursor, in any container. With nothing able to be used up
there has to be some way to put something down.

/clear works again. It removes items through the same call that consumes them, so it had been
silently doing nothing.

The infinity sign is actually drawn. It was described in the config, the settings screen and
the documentation, and no code ever rendered it.

The Settings tab now holds every rule of play, not just the visual options. Operators change
them from the pause menu and the change reaches every player at once; everyone else sees the
same list read-only. Keeping your inventory on death is among them.

Fixes: member selection no longer clears itself every second; the world height read 2,032
where the highest placeable block is 2,031; two layout flaws in the Access and World tabs;
abandoning a Field no longer claims the ground will heal, which it cannot.
