My Dimensional Teleporter

Adds a Dimensional Teleporter to your game, with particle effects, sound, hearts, and a confirmation message.
Look at a Dimensional Teleporter, or stand on top of one, and use the /travel command to set its destination. Right-click to check where it goes.
Features:
Idle portal swirl when linked
Hearts + happy villager poof when you arrive home
Dragon breath effect for End trips
Actionbar readout: -> x y z [dimension] on right-click
Unbreakable - survives the Ender Dragon
Commands:
/give @p dt:teleporter
/travel <x> <y> <z> overworld
