Albums
- added a new Albums button to the Options screen
- opens up a scrolling screen where you can view all added Albums in detail, and enable / disable both them and their individual tracks
- as Albums are now resource-driven, any other mod or resource pack can easily add support for their own music, which inherently makes them work in the Albums screen
- Music and Melody adds an Album for every vanilla Album, as well as its own, out-of-the-box

- removed old Albums configuration options
- added new Albums configurations for the Albums button, as well as storage for disabled Albums and tracks
- fixed missing translation for the wither music option
