FIXED
- mtr path blocker causing vehicles to be stuck
- Garbage Collection timing Issues
- temporarily removed vehicles physically recognizing other vehicles so they don't get stuck until I figure something out
- Fixed jaggy vehicle rotation
- Put the simulation back on server tick
- Network usage will be now calculated to spawn the right amont of vehicles (previously vehicles from the whole map were spawned near the player)
KNOWN ISSUES
- when server restarts you must press Refresh Routes button to make vehicles spawn again
