Re-imagined with simplicity for 1.12+
Note for MC 1.14.4 and newer builds: Doesn't require CoroUtil.
MC 1.12+ Features:
- Ledge climbing (use crouch key when aiming and pressing up against a ledge)
- Crawl anywhere! Sneak(shift) and run(ctrl) at same time to activate (requires installation on server for multiplayer support)
- Ground dodging
- Knockback resistence
- Works if only installed on the client (except crawling anywhere)
- Requires CoroUtil for MC 1.12 and older
MC 1.7.10 and older Features:
- Double jump
- Dodging
- Dodge jumping
- Wall jumping (currently no limit on how many you can do while in air)
- Boost Dodging
- Fall damage prevented for the velocities that these jumps add, but you can still hurt yourself if you fall too far
- Near complete configuration, open up %AppData%\Roaming\.minecraft\config\mod_MovePlus.cfg for tweaking / activating of new features
- Air control: Better movement ingame when at low speeds, subtle addition
- Speed jumping: Momentum boost if you jump immediately after landing
- Dodge toggle key, default 'Z' (configurable)
- Auto navigation to set waypoints (default off)
- Persistant running: hitting objects doesnt stop sprint
- Auto jump when against a block (default off)
- Needed on client side only

Can you update the weather2 mod to 1.16.4/1.16.5 (to newer versions)? Pls, it's my favourite mod ever!
Could you maybe add a keybind to enable dash instead of double-tapping? This can have disastrous results when exploring caves on narrow ledges...

Are all these features applicable to the 1.16.4 version?

At a glance, it seems to be the same featureset as the 1.12.2 version: Dodging, ledge climbing, crawling, and knockback resistance. Dunno how it compares to the 1.12.2 version because I never used it, but configuration is a little thin with just on/off for each feature, knockback resistance multiplier, and a double-tap window and forces for the dodge feature; no way to set things to their own buttons. I'm also not really sure what "crouch and sneak at the same time" means because I'm pretty sure those are the same thing.
I know its hard to code a new version of minecraft because the codes changed, but I do really want 1.16.4.
Please make it little bit quicker.
I accidently doubled tapped D and dodged to the left off my 1 block bridge into a ravine and died from fall damage

that really stinks, but now I'm just imagining a guy walking around a bridge and just suddenly getting thrown to the side for no apparent reason and I can't stop laughing.

Try setting lower time frame for detecting this in the config to help it a bit, but otherwise yeah, you need to get used NOT to tap movement buttons. Took me some time and deaths too.

is there a way to change the key used for crouch
Any way to disable dodge completely? I really only want the ledge grabbing, the dodge keeps killing me when I'm trying to go back and forth around a corner when fighting.

Maybe for Dodging add a cool down to the config to discourage using it as a superior form of sprinting when spammed to an unhealthy extent. Not really a big deal overall since I can just configure it to give less momentum but thought I'd suggest it since its a fun way of jumping around when also combined with climbing
(Oh and also adding an option to require the sprint key in the config for dodging would be cool as well)
Either way if I have to stick to 1.12.2 for my adventure map I'm very happy to have a very serviceable replacement for Smart Moving if it never gets updated to 1.12.2 (Other people have been trying to update.) Thank you for making this mod anyway! :)
EDIT: Also is "Knockback resistance" specific to dodging?
EDIT2: No it is not. For anyone curious. It's applied to the Player's base attributes. Great for those who wanna nerf the Knockback aspect of Minecraft
Is it possible to make ledge climbing only possible if hand and offhand are free?
tried adding this to Resonant Rise 5, but it crashed before it even got to title screen.
Im guessing plan is to update to feature 1.7.10 features on 1.14.4 too ?
