What's new

Lifespan 2.0.6 — since 2.0.4

Better Days Compatibility Update ! (optional)

  • Soft compat, no hard dependency. Toggle: betterDaysCompat (default on).
  • Waiting still ages you (+1 tick per game tick).
  • If Better Days speeds up the world clock (day/night or time in bed), the extra skipped time is added on top.
  • Sleep is counted for as long as you stay in bed (Better Days does not fire a vanilla skip, so we snapshot world time on sleep and credit the delta).
  • Offline time is still not counted.

Fixes :
Old age death

  • Dying of old age no longer shreds armor.
  • Damage bypasses armor / protection and no longer uses Float.MAX_VALUE.

Immortality + commands

  • While immortal (V1), /lifespan select, set, add, remove, fill, and resetmax update the saved resume point.
  • Losing immortality (Anti-V, chest blast, etc.) restores that point — same idea as Nullify, not the original pre-V1 days.

Internals

  • Player lifespan data is cached in memory so mid-day progress and world-time deltas are not lost each tick.

Still true: without Better Days or Compound V, Lifespan behaves Normally.
