You can override the food in

data\minecraft\tags\entity_types\frog_food.json

And you can also change the biomes they spawn in (except dusk and dawn) by overriding

data\minecraft\tags\worldgen\biome\spawns_frogname_variant_frogs.json

You can also override drops in

data\minecraft\loot_tables\entities\magma_cube.json and data\minecraft\loot_tables\entities\slime.json
