Create your own Residences, fill them with decorations, accumulate Decor Points, and unlock increasingly powerful benefits from your home.

🏠 Residences

• Create named residential areas with the Homestead Wand.
• Select two corners to define your home.
• Manage your residences through the Homestead Management menu.
• Rename or dispose of existing residences.
• Each residence tracks its own Decor Points, highest score, and Decor Cores.
• Residence areas cannot overlap.

✨ Decor Points

Your home is automatically evaluated based on what you build inside it.

Decor Points are awarded for:

• Decorative blocks and furniture
• Lighting and furnishings
• Storage and functional blocks
• Paintings, Item Frames, Armor Stands and Item Displays
• Trophies and decorations from supported mods
• Various tagged decorative blocks for broad mod compatibility

Different decorations have different values, with limits on how many of the same type can contribute to a residence's score.

The current Decor Point total is displayed on the HUD while you are inside your residence.

🌟 Home Bonuses

A sufficiently decorated home provides permanent benefits while you are inside it:

Higher decoration scores therefore make your home progressively more useful, not merely prettier.

💎 Decoratium

Decoratium is the mod's decorative progression currency.

Your highest-ever Decor Point score is tracked across your residences. For every 100 lifetime Decor Points reached, you earn 1 Decoratium.

Decoratium can be used to craft Decor Cores, turning high-quality builds into a resource that feeds back into the residence system.

🛡️ Decor Cores & Protection

Place a Decor Core inside a residence to protect it.

A residence containing a Decor Core becomes protected against:

• Block breaking
• Block placement
• Fluid placement
• Explosions

The protection status is automatically detected from the number of Decor Cores inside the residence.

🪄 Homestead Wand

The Homestead Wand is the main tool for managing residences.

Use it to:

• Select residence corners
• Preview the selected area
• View existing residence boundaries
• Create and manage your homes

⚙️ Server-Friendly Design

Residence data, decoration scores, lifetime progression and protection states are saved as world data and persist across sessions.

The decoration system is also designed to recognize decorations from multiple mods through built-in block, tag and entity rules.
