Profession Locking

This is a port / rewrite of Profession Lock for Neoforge. It is a small mod that prevents players from resetting villager professions and trades by repeatedly breaking and placing their workstation.

In our opinion, this is a game-breaking mechanic that makes the game much easier and makes certain things (such as the Mending enchantment) much too easy to obtain.

With Profession Locking, the villager's profession and trades are locked, even if their workstation is broken.
