- Evil Scientist's tower is that of the original. Comprised of Cobblestone with ladders.
- Evil Scientist now behaves like the original. Climbs the ladder before starting the experiments phase.
- Evil Scientist's tower won't destroy the blocks underneath the tower upon auto-destruction.
- Goo Goats have been rewritten to be less of a nuisance.
