More Creeps And Weirdos Revival

Oh Lord! The long belated Christmas update, It's been a month since our last one..

Well, we hope this won't disappoint!

-Attempted to stop game crashes when hosting a multiplayer server
-Attempted to make jail chests compatible with modded items
-Adjusted Floob so that it doesn't always hit you with the raygun
-Nerfed the Raygun to do half as much damange (Sorry, too op)
-Adjusted the Big Baby to spawn only in Forest or Desert biomes
-Made Lolliman drop sundae
