Modern Beta [Fabric]

Additions:
* Added Indev Paradise, Indev Woods, and Indev Hell alt world presets. These world presets mirror the small island Indev 20100223 preset, but use the other Indev biomes/themes.
* Added Beta Vanilla world preset. This preset generates Beta 1.7.3 terrain and most current vanilla biomes, using the new 'weirdness' climate parameter. See the default 'voronoiPoints' property in the biome settings to see all the biomes that can generate.
* Added 'weirdness' / 'weird' climate parameter, which is used by the voronoi biome generator. This parameter is optional.
* Improved surface generation support for most vanilla biomes. For example, the Mushroom Fields biome should generate with mycelium topsoil instead of default grass blocks.

Changes:
* Removed lily pads from Beta/PE Swampland biomes.

Fixes:
* Fixed lava lakes not generating in the appropriate Modern Beta biomes.
