• Update change list screen. Settings that are disabled in the customization screen (and thus not relevant) will be greyed out, and a button to sort by enabled entries has been added.
• Add debug config option to toggle displaying generation info in the map preview screen.
• Adjust default cloud height for worlds with atypical world heights.
• Fix map preview structure and surface builder rendering bugs.

Technical Changes

• Update generator JSON string format. Settings are now ordered to reflect their order in the customization screen.
• Add default method replacesDefaultBlock to SurfaceBuilder, to indicate whether the surface builder can replace the defaultBlock. This is mostly to indicate to the map previewer that the vanilla surface builder cannot replace non-Stone blocks.
