MobInhibitor

Old version for 1.7.10 - this version lacks a few behind-the-scenes improvements, but gains a feature that was too hard to implement in 1.9.4: camouflage. Right clicking on a placed inhibitor with a solid block will cause the inhibitor to take on it's appearance. This works perfectly for blocks with the same texture on each side, less so for blocks with multiple textures. You can sneak right click the block to remove the skin.
