## 1. Scope

This license applies to the original code and materials of Mobile Networks: IoT Addon that SalazarElite is entitled to license (the “Software”). Third-party code, assets, dependencies and trademarks are excluded and remain subject to their respective terms.

## 2. Permissions

Subject to this license, you may use, copy, study, modify, extend and redistribute the Software in source or compiled form. You may include it in freely distributed modpacks and create modified versions or extensions incorporating the Software.

You are not required to publish your source code. However, every distributed copy containing the Software, including modified copies, must retain this license and the permissions and restrictions it grants for the Software. Recipients must remain free to use, modify and redistribute the covered Software under these terms.

## 3. Attribution

You must preserve this license, the copyright notice and applicable third-party attribution notices in all distributed copies containing the Software or substantial portions of it.

For public redistribution or publication of modified versions, provide a clear, reasonably visible credit in the project description or accompanying documentation: “Based on Mobile Networks: IoT Addon by SalazarElite.” If the distribution has a public project page, include the credit there as well.

Identify modified versions as modified and identify who made the changes. Do not claim authorship of the original Software or imply that SalazarElite endorses your project.

## 4. No sale or paid access to the Software

You may not sell the Software, sell copies of it, charge a license fee for its use, or require payment to obtain it. This restriction also applies to modified versions and derivatives incorporating the Software.

Prohibited practices include paid downloads, mandatory donations, paid subscriptions that unlock downloads, paid early access to releases, and selling a bundle or modpack when payment is required to obtain the covered Software through that distribution.

Providing a free alternative download does not authorize selling another copy of the Software. You may not use a modified version, intermediary, bundle or service as a way to disguise a charge for the Software itself.

## 5. Permitted monetization

You may earn revenue from videos, livestreams, advertising, sponsorships, voluntary donations, hosting-platform creator rewards and server operation, provided that the revenue is not a payment required to obtain a copy of, or a license to use, the Software.

Server access fees and other paid services are permitted when the Software itself remains freely distributed and the fee is for the server or service rather than for a copy or license of the Software. Voluntary donations must not be a condition for receiving the Software or its updates.

These permissions do not override the terms of Minecraft, distribution platforms, Mobile Networks or any other third-party project.

## 6. Third-party rights and branding

Mobile Networks by ModlyStudios is a separate dependency. This license does not grant permission to relicense, redistribute or sell that mod or its materials. Preserve its credits and comply with its license and any applicable authorizations.

Use the addon name to identify its origin, but do not present a modified release as an official release. No independent trademark rights are granted by this license.

## 7. Warranty and liability

The Software is supplied as available, without a promise that it will be suitable for a particular purpose, free of defects or continuously maintained. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the rights holders disclaim warranties and liability for loss, damage or other claims resulting from its use or distribution. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

## 8. Compliance and separate permission

These permissions are conditional on compliance with this license. If you violate its terms, you must stop the unauthorized use or distribution. Additional permissions or exceptions require written authorization from the relevant rights holder.

Nothing in this license restricts uses independently permitted by applicable law without the rights holder's permission.
