MobTextBubbles-1.12.2-1.0.3.jar
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
Changelog
Added:
- Name tag conditions for dialogue. Dialogue entries can now depend on the mob's name tag, inside "conditions":
- "named": true/false, the mob must / must not have a name tag.
- "name": "Bob" (or an array), the name tag must match one of the names.
- "name_contains": "guard" (or an array), the name tag must contain the text.
Matching is case-insensitive and formatting codes are ignored.
- Hunt dialogue. When a mob is hunting another non-player mob (for example a zombie chasing a villager) within 12 blocks, both of them can say context lines:
- "hunting": ["villager"], for the hunter: it is hunting a mob of that kind.
- "nearby": ["hostile"], for the prey: a mob of that kind is hunting it.
Check the mod's description for a clear json example
Kinds: dragon, creeper, boss, hostile, villager, animal. Players are never part of a hunt.
- huntSpeechChance option (default 0.35): the chance, every 2 seconds, that a mob in a hunt says one of its hunt lines.
Changed:
- nearby now means "a mob of that kind is hunting this entity" instead of "such a mob is somewhere within 12 blocks". Custom dialogue that used nearby will behave differently.
- Unknown kinds in nearby now make the entry never match (they used to be ignored).
- /mobtextbubbles reload now also reloads mobtextbubbles.cfg. The client also reloads its config and bubble styles with F3+T.
