Fixed bug where using Summoning Staff would consume any item in offhand slot
Changed default cooldown for Summoning Staff to 200 ticks from 1200 ticks
Changed default durability for Summoning Staff from 64 to 128
Changed Enderman summoning item from Ender Eye to Ender Pearl
Changed XP cost for summoning neutral mobs to seven (7) XP from ten (10) XP
