Mob Sideways Pathfinding Fix

This mod simply enables pathfinding checks when a mob is strafing sideways or backwards. This allows them to jump up a block or go down one in rough terrain.

This mod is a part of Mob AI Tweaks, but made standalone from a private request.

Original vanilla behavior:

As you can see, this skeleton can neither go down nor up. Plus, it gets stuck when it hits a corner.

Meanwhile, this piglin gets stuck completely.

Fixed behavior:

Now, the skeleton is able to climb up and down in this pit and not get stuck at all!

While the piglin goes down then up into the hole as if it was not even there.
