Mob Controller（Mob Pet）

Fixed an issue where a tamed wither, after being assigned a combat target, would only attack using its main head. Additionally, a tamed wither will no longer randomly fire blue wither skulls in all directions; it will only start firing blue wither skulls after it begins combat.
