Modified the underwater jump logic of land mobs when being ridden, allowing them to float upward by pressing the spacebar in water.
Modified the function of always_success in the config, so that when this config is true, taming succeeds directly regardless of health value and probability.
Added riding functionality for goats, sniffers, polar bears, and pandas.
