Mo' Enchantments Loot Compat

Makes Mo' Enchantments available in the enchanting table and loot, not only villager trades.
Compatibility notes
- Additive on
#minecraft:non_treasure,#minecraft:on_random_loot, and#minecraft:tradeable(replace: false). - Intentionally replaces
mo_enchantments:treasure_entrieswith an empty list so treasure locks don't fight the table tags. - Safe alongside trade-expansion mods; trades keep working.
- Not affiliated with Mo' Enchantments — a small community compat.
