MnA: Variant Strength Component

Replaces MnA's Strength component with a version that's available at Tier 2 and uses Lesser Magnitude to scale effect level.

A simple addon to Mana and Artifice.

MnA's built-in Strength spell component is Tier 4 and does not allow the application of levels beyond Strength I.

This addon replaces it with a variant that's accessible at Tier 2. Lesser Magnitude controls the status effect level, similar to other buff-applying components.
