MixinBooter

Added

• util.ConditionalMixin, a fluent API that adds mixin configurations depending on conditions, config options and installed mods
  • Options are read from a config file by name, or from a Forge @Config class which is loaded from its file early on 1.11.2 and newer
  • Mod rules marked with orWarn log skips as warnings, ones marked with orCrash crash the game once every mixin connector has run
• util.MixinConfiguration, an annotation on @Config boolean fields that adds a mixin configuration with its dependencies
  • Jars are only searched past their @Mod class when they depend on mixinbooter
  • Needs 1.11.2 or newer
• Built-in support for mods depending on fermiumbooter by popular request, the standalone mod is no longer needed
  • Binary compatible
  • Support only activates on 1.12.2, when a mod declares the dependency, ships @MixinConfig classes or calls the API from a coremod
  • @MixinConfig toggles run through ConditionalMixin
  • ModDiscoverer#isModNamed and ModDiscoverer#isModVersionInRange back its mod name and version checks

Fixed

• Jars with manifest mixins or ForceLoadAsMod crashing on 1.8, whose Forge names its ignored mods list differently
• fermiumbooter's own blacklisting API having issues and not being powerful enough
• Mods depending on fermiumbooter no longer get every mod jar added to the classloader early
• fermiumbooter's @MixinConfig toggles now read both quoted and unquoted config option names

Changed

• Mod discovery reads each class's constant pool first and only parses classes naming @Mod or @MixinConfig
• Updated CleanMix to 0.8.0, which adds @Break and @Continue injectors and catches up with FabricMC's Mixin 0.17.5
