Mine's Waypoint Signs 2 is a lightweight, entirely client-side Fabric mod by Fox Studios by teolm30.
Mark any spot in the world with a colored waypoint sign and Minecraft's own locator bar will point you toward it. A compact list in the corner of your screen shows the nearest waypoint names with live, constantly updating distances - no full minimap, no screen clutter.
Press X in-game to open the Waypoints menu: see every waypoint in your current world/server and dimension with its live distance, remove any of them with a click, add a new one at your current position, and toggle waypoints on or off - all without typing a single command.
Waypoints are saved locally and kept separate per singleplayer world, per multiplayer server, and per dimension, so your Overworld base markers never mix with your Nether tunnel markers. Servers do not need this mod installed - it works entirely from your own client.

/mwp add <name> [color]
/mwp remove <name>
/mwp list
/mwp clear
/mwp toggle
Example:
/mwp add "Main Base" cyan
Available colors: red, orange, yellow, lime, green, cyan, light blue, blue, purple, pink, white.
