Huge mapping changes from 1.16.5 to a 1.19 format

Added a new cow variant: the Dairy Cow!

More immersion!
Missing sound effects added for over 30 mobs (stepping, ambient, hurt)

Moved tropical slime variants, zombie variants, and glow squid to experimental type mobs
