MCA will no longer be developed for Minecraft 1.9.4. Active development will continue on 1.7.10 and 1.10.2. Consider updating/downgrading.


MAJOR-CHANGE: MCA now uses a different system for remembering players' progress. It will attempt to convert your progress as you log on. Check your server/client console to see if the conversion succeeded, or for instructions of it did not.
MAJOR-FIX: All identity confusion and other oddities on LAN should now be fixed, for good!


Feature: Parent labels for children of same-sex couples now show the correct gender.
Feature: No more Mojang-based movement AI! Fixes several issues with villager AI. Probably creates some as well.
Feature: Your spouse will now end the marriage if their hearts remain negative for too long.
Feature: Added a configuration option to enable structure spawning on dedicated servers.
Feature: Children are now properly labelled as "the Child", and adults with no profession are labelled as "the Villager".
Feature: Added fishing chore.
Feature: Whistle now brings up a list of family members you can call.
Feature: You are now properly alerted when your children or spouse dies.
Feature: Added Warrior profession.
Feature: Added combat AI, allowing the ability to configure villagers' combat behavior.
Feature: Villagers related to you now drop a special item in a chest when they die, which can be used to bring them back to life!
Feature: Added new, unique boss - the Grim Reaper. Defeat him to receive the Staff of Life, used to revive dead villagers.
Feature: Added the ability to become a Baron or Baroness, provided your villagers are happy. Barons/Baronesses can tax their villagers.


Change: If your spouse is a priest or cleric, you can no longer use their special abilities. Other players still can.
Change: Guards can no longer be hired. Hire warriors instead.


Fix: Priests now properly tell you that you're not married when appropriate.
Fix: Added a fix for click-throughs on the main interaction GUI
Fix: Existing guards are no longer counted when spawning more guards.
Fix: Married guards no longer stop patrolling.
Fix: The possibility of more than one villager appearing from one cured zombie has been fixed.
Fix: Closed spaces in family house roof where mobs could spawn.
Fix: Villagers had stopped blinking.
Fix: Infected villagers no longer bite a player in creative mode.
Fix: Overlapping "Infected" popup on adult children has been moved.
Fix: Humans' bounding boxes now properly grow when needed.
Fix: Resolved lag caused by a guard's patrolling AI.
Fix: Issue where children wouldn't harvest specific crops has been fixed.
Fix: Malformed response when instructing a child to farm has been fixed.
Fix: Trade progression issues on 1.8.9 have been fixed.
Fix: Gravestones no longer damage creatures walking through them.
Fix: Some odd looking villager models have been fixed.
