PvP Arena Death Handling Fix
- Fixed instant teleport on death in arena
- Players now stay in Spectator for 5 seconds before restoration
- Inventory is preserved and restored after the delay
- Clean state handling to avoid duplicate restores or conflicts
- Safe cleanup on player disconnects
War Notification System Overhaul
- Major war events are now broadcast server-wide:
- War declarations (incl. extortion)
- War accepted/declined
- War initiated (auto-accepted)
- War begins
- Victory/Defeat/Stalemate results
- War cancellations
- Participation details are targeted to Officers/Owners and allies:
- Join phase messages and countdowns
- Boss bar updates and progress
- Ongoing status updates
- Less spam for non-participants, more awareness for everyone else
