TERMS AND CONDITIONS

0. DEFINITIONS
   MOD - Modification, plugin, a piece of software that interfaces with the Minecraft client to extend, add, change or remove original capabilities.
   MOJANG - Mojang AB
   GAME - Minecraft
   OWNER - Original author(s) of the MOD. Under the copyright terms accepted when purchasing Minecraft (http://minecraft.net/terms) the OWNER has full rights over their MOD despite use of MOJANG code.
   USER - End user of the mod, person installing the mod.
   TEXTURES - Graphic files found within the MOD
   STRUCTURES - Blocks purposefully placed in such a manner that they create a building, a landmark or an image.

1. LIABILITY
   THIS MOD IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITH NO WARRANTIES, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE. THE OWNER OF THIS MOD TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES INCURRED FROM THE USE OF THIS MOD. THIS MOD ALTERS FUNDAMENTAL PARTS OF THE MINECRAFT GAME, PARTS OF MINECRAFT MAY NOT WORK WITH THIS MOD INSTALLED. ALL DAMAGES CAUSED FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF THIS MOD FALL ON THE USER.

2. USE

   1. Use of this MOD to be installed, manually or automatically, is given to the USER without restriction.

3. REDISTRIBUTION

   1. You may freely redistribute this MOD as part of a modpack on a specialized website (such as curseforge.com or technicpack.net) without prior permission or acknowledgement from the OWNER.

   2. Creating and running a GAME server using the MOD or a modpack in which the MOD is present can be done without prior permission or acknowledgement from the OWNER.

   3. Redistributing the MOD by itself is not allowed under ANY circumstances without written permission from the OWNER and may be subject to additional terms.

   4. Any attempts to make money off of the original MOD or derivate works (selling the MOD itself or a modified version, access to the MOD's or a modified version's binary files, adfly, sharecash, selling ingame items added by the MOD itself or modified versions of it for real life money, etc.) are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN and the OWNER may claim damages or take other action to rectify the situation.

   5. You must not claim ownership over the original MOD and you must also give appropriate credit to the original MOD's OWNER. You are also forbidden from altering the credits section of the MOD's description.

   6. TEXTURES, STRUCTURES or other assets found inside the MOD cannot be redistributed by themselves under any circumstances without written permission from the OWNER of the MOD.

4. DERIVATIVE WORKS/MODIFICATIONS

   1. This mod is provided freely and may be decompiled and modified for private use, either with a decompiler or a bytecode editor.

   2. Binary files of the modified version made for private use ONLY may be generated without restrictions.

   3. Public distribution of modified versions of this MOD requires written permission from the OWNER and may be subject to additional terms.

   4. Changes made in this modified version must be listed via any means as long as they're public and easily accessible by all users.

   5. The modification must NOT purposefully block a USER from playing the GAME in any way.

   6. Changing the name of the MOD or the MOD's binary file is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN, however subtitles or additions are allowed.

All restrictive terms in this license can be ignored with written permission from the OWNER.
