Description
☁️ Mine Mine no Mi: Sky Island
Skypiea, as a dimension of its own, for Mine Mine no Mi.
Find a Knock-Up Stream on the floor of the deep ocean, wait for it to erupt, and ride it ten thousand metres up — to the sea of clouds, the Angel Islands, and the Upper Yard where the City of Gold was lost.
Beta. Worlds are generated from this version's rules; a later version may change what stands in chunks you haven't explored yet.

⚠️ Mine Mine no Mi's own sky islands no longer generate in the overworld: Skypiea takes their place.
🌊 The way up
Somewhere on the floor of every deep ocean sits a Knock-Up Stream. Every ten minutes it rumbles, then erupts, and the column throws whatever is caught in it into the sky — you, your crew, your boat with everyone aboard. Hold on: you come out in Skypiea, in front of the island's Heaven's Gate.
Coming back is simpler: step off an island, sink through the clouds, and you fall back out above the same stretch of sea.
☁️ Skypiea
- The sea of clouds — you swim in it and sail on it, with a swell. Islands only float above the overworld's deep oceans.
- Angel Islands — made of island cloud from top to bottom.
- Skypiean villages, larger on the larger islands: houses of cloud brick and shell tile, an inn, a bandstand, kitchen gardens tilled right into the cloud, a cloud fountain.
- The White Berets police every village from their post.
- Angel Beach, where dials wash up on the shore over time, a seafront with the dial workshop and its pier, and White Beret lookouts.
- Heaven's Gate, and the causeway on to the island.
- Upper Yards — rare, huge islands of the Blue Sea's earth, jungle plains and crags.
- The Giant Jack, climbable all the way to the Golden Bell — and the chest beneath it.
- Shandora, the City of Gold — its halls, its stepped temple, and the crypt under the Poneglyph. Small ruins lie scattered through the jungle.
- The Shandias guard their land with spears, burn bazookas and dials. They leave you alone — until you open their chests.
- Shandia war camps in the clearings, and their hidden village in a pocket of cloud at the island's foot.
🐦 Wildlife
- The giant South Bird of the Upper Yards — a living compass: stop, and it turns to face south.
- The Sky Dot Bird (Pierre's kind) and the Three-Jo Bird (Fuza's kind) — flying mounts. Win them over with seeds, saddle them, and fly: the movement keys go the way you look, Jump climbs, Sneak descends. Only their owner can ride them.
- The Cloud Fox (Su's kind) of the Angel Islands — tame it with fish; it follows you and curls up on the cloud.
- The Giant Dog (Holy's kind), rare and huge — tame it with raw meat. It guards you like a wolf, and with a saddle it's a mount.
- Five coats for the fox and the dog, the first one the manga's own.
💰 Worth the climb
The structures are rare, and they pay: Wooden, Iron and Golden Boxes in Shandora's crypt and halls, on the temple's altar and at the top of the Giant Jack; smaller finds in the ruins and the Shandias' tipis.
🧩 Compatibility
- Worldgen mods: Skypiea reads the overworld's own biomes to find the deep oceans and changes nothing in the overworld beyond the geyser.
- Valkyrien Skies 2 (optional): sail your ship into an erupting Knock-Up Stream and it rises to Skypiea with its crew and floats on the cloud sea. Fall off the edge, and it comes home the same way.
⚙️ Configuration
Per world, in serverconfig/inosky-server.toml: the geyser's rhythm, the height you fall back from, how often dials wash up. Operators have /geyser (the nearest geyser and when it erupts) and /geyser now.
