mimbemi-1.0.2.jar
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
1.0.2
First CurseForge release. Tested on Modern Industrialization 2.5.6 together with Extended Industrialization, Industrialization Overdrive, Solar Industrialization and Yet Another Industrialization — 77 multiblock shapes detected.
What this version adds
A new EMI category, Multiblock Structure, with one entry per shape, including per-variant entries such as Electric Blast Furnace coil tiers and Distillation Tower heights.
- 3D preview of the structure: left-drag to rotate, right-click to reset,
+/−/Rfor zoom. - Step-by-step assembly: the
<>arrows walk through build stages — everything from the bottom up to the selected layer, or a single layer at a time. Hhighlights valid hatch positions. Off by default, so blocks keep their real colours.- Material list for the whole structure as ordinary EMI slots.
- Full-size guide window: footprint, block and layer counts, power type, the recipe types the machine runs, a jump to its recipes in EMI, a clickable port list that highlights matching positions in 3D, and six plain-language build steps.
- Russian and English localisation.
Fixes since 1.0.0
- Addon controllers now render as the actual controller block. Controllers were forced to face north, which is MI's convention — but an addon may put a casing block right there, so the machine's textured face ended up walled in and the preview showed a grey box. The controller is now turned towards a free neighbouring cell, and the camera opens from whichever side that is.
- Block entity renderers now run in the preview. Some mods draw the recognisable part of a machine in a BER instead of the baked model; those blocks used to appear blank. Each renderer is isolated so a badly-behaved one cannot break the scene.
- The controller is placed last and takes precedence if a shape member occupies the origin, instead of being silently overwritten.
- Blocks with a "formed"/"assembled" state are shown assembled.
- Blocks that have no baked model fall back to their item model instead of leaving a hole in the structure.
- The ports section no longer claims a structure "works without ports" when its hatches are baked into the shape at fixed positions.
- Controller lookup is more robust: exact id, then the item with that id, then a path match in any namespace — needed because MI's
registerMultiblockShape(String, ...)overload stamps its own namespace onto every addon that uses it. - Diagnostics: the log now reports how many structures resolved without a controller and how each one was found. Reading MI's shape registry is guarded, so an incompatible MI update produces a clear error instead of taking the rest of EMI down.
Requirements
Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge 21.1, Modern Industrialization, EMI, GuideME. Client-side only — it registers no blocks, items or recipes and does nothing on a dedicated server.
