Metaworlds Mod

- IMPORTANT: If you want to play with subWorlds from the previous version of this mod, you have to rename their folder in the savefolder from e.g. DIM0_SUBWORLD21 to SUBWORLD21. And if you have subWorlds in other dimensions make sure to move them from within the e.g. DIM1 folder to the main folder of that savegame. - changed subWorld saving so they are not bound to dimensions anymore - added crafting recipe for Empty World-Bottle (8 glass panes with space in the middle) - added new feature to the Miniaturization addon: World-in-a-bottle - Right-click a subWorld while holding an Empty World-Bottle to put the SubWorld into a bottle turning it into an item (requires a free inventory slot) which can be released in any dimension/location by right-clicking on the ground while holding the Bottled World - changed the /tpworlds command to require the same permission level as the /give command - added block textures (thanks a lot to Kyrinon and emissaryofinfinity) - fixed ID range warnings which were displayed in the log - a lot of code cleanup and restructuring (still not done yet)
