MetaTips

See what's up with your items

MetaTips is for Fabric and Minecraft 1.14. It adds various features to item tooltips, including:

  • Mod names
  • Expanded NBT tag view (advanced tooltips only)
  • Datapack tag view (advanced tooltips only)

Advanced tooltips are a vanilla feature. To use them, press F3+H.

 

You can also share the name and tooltip for an item to chat by overing over the item in an inventory and pressing Shift and the chat key together.
