New

• Mod Menu support: if you have Mod Menu installed, the "Settings" button next to Meltype MC opens the Meltype settings screen. This also works when you have hidden the mode icon in the chat box.
• The mod now has a proper icon in Mod Menu (the old image file was not a real PNG, so Mod Menu showed a "?" icon).
• The settings screen shows a hint about the keys that switch the input mode (Ctrl+Space / Hankaku-Zenkaku / Henkan / Muhenkan), and the key list in the README is up to date.
• When you try to register a key that cannot be used as the toggle key (for example a plain letter key), the settings screen now tells you why.

Fixes

• Typing words such as "ハロウィン" works: added the missing romaji for ウィ and similar sounds (wi, whi, tsa, tha, dha, zya, cya, kwa, gwa, ...). Note: we is not converted, because it is a common English word (use whe for うぇ).
• A single n at the end of a word (for example harowin) now becomes "ん" when you convert or confirm. Before, it stayed as a half-width "n" unless you typed nn.
• Switching the input mode with Ctrl+Space no longer types a space into the chat box.

Under the hood

• The key handling, the icon placement, the settings screen and the tests were reorganized to be easier to read and change. There is no change in behavior.

• Mod Menu に対応しました。Mod Menu が入っていれば、Meltype MC の「設定」ボタンから、設定画面を開けます。チャット欄のアイコンを非表示にしていても使えます。
• Mod Menu でアイコンが表示されるようになりました（以前は、画像ファイルが本物の PNG ではなく、「？」の標準アイコンになっていました）。
• 設定画面に、入力モードを切り替えるキー（Ctrl+Space / 半角全角 / 変換 / 無変換）の案内を表示しました。README のキー操作一覧も、最新にしました。
• 切り替えキーに登録できないキー（文字キー単独など）を押したとき、設定画面にその理由が出るようになりました。

修正

• 「ハロウィン」などが打てるようになりました。「ウィ」などのローマ字（wi、whi、tsa、tha、dha、zya、cya、kwa、gwa など）を追加しました。なお、we は、英単語の we と同じなので、変換しません（「うぇ」は whe で打てます）。
• 語尾に n を1つだけ打った語（例: harowin）が、変換・確定のときに「ん」になるようにしました。以前は、nn と打たないと、半角の「n」のままでした。
• Ctrl+Space で入力モードを切り替えたときに、チャット欄に空白が入ってしまう問題を直しました。

内部の整理

• キー処理、アイコンの位置、設定画面、テストを、読みやすく直しやすい形に整理しました。動きは変わりません。
