JEI-only support

Open the unified Mekanism multiblock category in JEI. Edit dimensions and layers in the live 3D preview and project the design into the world.

• Choose one setup: Just Enough Items, JEI Unofficial Unofficial, or EMI + TooManyRecipeViewers. EMI and TMRV are not needed with JEI. Do not combine JEI providers.
• Mekanism, LDLib and Just Enough Mekanism Multiblocks 4.27 remain required on the client. Mekanism: Generators is optional.
• Tested with official JEI 15.20.0.132, JEI Unofficial Unofficial 15.59.0.212-jeiuu.2, and EMI + TMRV. Placement protocol is unchanged.
