What's new

v2: Big update. This version adds the "Subatomic Recompiler" which, when fueled with Dark Matter, can create any item in the game (including mods). I also added two new blocks to make this machine: the Quantum Alloy and the Quantum Control Circuit. I also removed all APNS recipes, as the Subatomic Recompiler handles this function now. Tested in SinglePlayer.
