Draconic Evolution x Mekanism: Power Generation Patch

This patch adjusts the power generation of the Draconic Reactor and Generator of Draconic Evolution to make it worth building again.
This mod adds a multiplier to OP energy and raises the "int" cap of Draconic Evolution to Mekanism's, meaning Draconic Evolution can handle super-large values like Mekanism can.
This mod also creates a config file that lets you adjust the multiplier as you see fit! It also adds a copy of the config file to a ComputerCraft folder (if you wish to use my auto-regulation program to stabalize/monitor your Draconic Reactor - see comments).
