Mekanism Fabricated

Mekanism, the high-tech industrial mod, ported to Fabric.

Unofficial port: not affiliated with or endorsed by the Mekanism team. Please report bugs here, not on the official Mekanism issue tracker.

What is Mekanism?

Mekanism is a technology mod built around advanced machinery and processing chains:

Ore processing up to 5× output, through crushing, enriching, purifying, injecting and dissolving
Chemicals and fluids: separate, combine and infuse gases and liquids in dozens of machines
Energy and transport: universal cables, mechanical pipes, pressurized tubes and logistical transporters
Multiblocks: dynamic tanks, thermal evaporation plants, induction matrices, boilers and the supercritical phase shifter
Gear: jetpacks, free runners, the Atomic Disassembler, the Meka-Tool and the fully modular MekaSuit
Digital storage with QIO, plus teleporters, the Digital Miner, chunk loading and much more

Add-ons

Like the original, Mekanism Fabricated comes in separate parts. Install the main mod, then any add-ons you want:

Mekanism Fabricated: Generators: solar, wind, heat and gas-burning generators, industrial turbines, fission and fusion reactors
Mekanism Fabricated: Tools: tool and armor sets made from Mekanism materials
Mekanism Fabricated: Additions: glow panels, plastic blocks, balloons, baby mobs and more

Compatibility

Energy: works with Team Reborn Energy (Tech Reborn and other TR Energy mods). 1 FE = 1 E.
Items and fluids: uses Fabric's Transfer API, so pipes, hoppers, tanks and buckets from other Fabric mods connect directly.
Optional integrations:
- JEI and EMI: recipe viewers
- Jade and WTHIT: block info overlays
- CC: Tweaked: machines as ComputerCraft peripherals
- CraftTweaker: scripting
- Trinkets: jetpacks, free runners and other gear in trinket slots (replaces Curios)
- Wildfire's Female Gender Mod

Not available because these mods have no Fabric version yet: ProjectE, The One Probe, FramedBlocks, Flux Networks.

Block, item and recipe IDs use the same mekanism: namespace as the original, so datapacks and scripts written for Mekanism work unchanged.

Early release

This port has been checked with extensive automated testing, but it is new and has not yet seen much real play. Back up your worlds and please report anything that behaves differently from the original Mekanism.
