Mekanism: Engineering - All Rights Reserved, with Modpack Permission

Permission is granted to include and redistribute unmodified official releases of Mekanism: Engineering as part of public or private modpacks, without requesting separate permission from the addon author. This includes distribution through modpack archives and launcher manifests, on any platform.

Keep the original JAR unmodified, retain all copyright, license and attribution notices, and credit Mekanism: Engineering with a link to its official project page in the modpack's mod list or documentation:

This permission also applies to the official 0.5.1 release whose JAR metadata reads "All Rights Reserved". It does not grant a general license to modify the addon's original code or assets, publish forks, or redistribute the addon as a standalone product. All other rights in original addon material are reserved.

Third-party dependencies and upstream build tooling retain their respective licenses. Some textures, models and interface code are derived from Mekanism (listed in docs/CREDITS.md). Those parts remain under Mekanism's MIT License, reproduced in LICENSE-MEKANISM and shipped in the JAR as META-INF/LICENSE-MEKANISM. Nothing in this notice restricts rights granted by that upstream license.
