Mekanism Combining Factory secondary input upgrade — one independent secondary slot per process.

Mekanism 融合工厂（Combining Factory）副输入升级 —— 每个工序拥有一个独立副输入格。

Added / 新增

• New upgrade item "Combining Slot Upgrade": injects COMBINING_SLOTS into Mekanism's Upgrade enum (yellow upgrade, max 1 per machine).

• Replaces the Combining Factory's single machine-wide yellow secondary input slot with one independent secondary slot per process (Basic 3 / Advanced 5 / Elite 7 / Ultimate 9 processes).

• Each process performs recipe lookup, cache validation, and even-distribution sorting independently per column, allowing parallel processing of different secondary materials.

• Installation: install via the upgrade GUI, or sneak + right-click the machine while holding the item.

• Reversible: removing it from the upgrade GUI returns the item and restores the machine to its original state.

• State is persisted with the block entity save, so it survives restarts and dimension changes.

• Automatic compatibility:

  • Mekanism Extras (Absolute tier and above, via a dedicated StackableInputInventorySlot compatibility layer)
  • Mek Energistics replacement GUI (via per-target gating Mixin adaptation)

• 新升级物品「融合格子升级」（Combining Slot Upgrade），向 Mekanism 的 Upgrade 枚举注入 COMBINING_SLOTS（黄色升级，每台机器上限 1 个）。

• 将融合工厂原本全机共享的 1 个黄色副输入格，替换为每个工序各 1 个独立副输入格（基础 3 / 进阶 5 / 精英 7 / 终极 9 工序）。

• 每个工序的配方查找、缓存校验、均分排序均按列独立使用各自的副材料，可并行加工不同副材料。

• 安装方式：升级界面安装，或手持物品潜行 + 右键机器。

• 可逆：在升级界面卸下即返还物品，机器恢复原样。

• 状态随方块实体存档持久化，重启 / 跨维度不丢失。

• 自动兼容：

  • Mekanism Extras（Absolute 及以上档位，走专属 StackableInputInventorySlot 兼容层）
  • Mek Energistics 替换界面（逐目标门控的 Mixin 适配）

Known Issues / 已知问题

• Under Mekanism Extras, the newly added secondary input slot row is slightly misaligned in the GUI (slot logic itself works correctly).

• In the "New Age Technology" (NAST) modpack, newly added slots do not show up after installing the upgrade. Currently investigating conflicting mods inside the pack.

• Mekanism Extras 环境下，新增副输入格所在的一排在 GUI 中位置有偏移（槽位逻辑本身正常）。

• 「新时代科技」(NAST) 整合包内，安装升级后新增槽位不显示，正在排查包内冲突模组。
