Fixes
- The diseaseProgressionSpeed config option now actually changes how fast diseases progress through their stages (mild → moderate → severe). Before, changing it had no effect on stage progression.
- Epinephrine injections and the paramedic's adrenaline treatment now actually slow disease progression to 1/4 speed, as described.
- Raising the progression speed no longer also raises the odds of things like cancer appearing on its own.
