MCA: Female Gender Physics

Size and tilt corrections. (Includes the changes staged as v0.1.2, which was never uploaded separately.)

• Female villagers no longer look flatter than they did before installing the mod. The size ceiling was raised from 0.8 to 1.0, so the whole gene range is in use instead of only its lower part.
• Villagers are no longer tilted too far back. The tilt coefficient was inherited from Female Gender Mod (35), which put the common case at only about 30 degrees, while MCA's own breasts are fixed at 54 degrees. The coefficient is now 50.
• Small breasts no longer look as large as big ones. The size mapping was a floor function — every value below the floor came out identical, which flattened about 85% of the gene range and gave those villagers the same tilt angle. It is now a linear map: protrusion runs from about 0.6 px at the smallest to about 3.9 px at the largest, against 0.8–2.7 px for MCA's original rendering.
