Add function for gas cisterna - now you can extract gas from the ODM or transfer it from a canister to a tank.
ODM repair - now, by combining two ODMs on an anvil, you can use the result for repairs (ODM + ODM = Combined durability + 50 durability points); the gas level is also carried over during the repair.
Added a skill to increase the flight speed of the hook.

QoL fix
Добавлена функция для газовой цистерны: теперь можно откачивать газ из (УПМ) или перекачивать его из канистры в бак.
Ремонт УПМ: теперь при объединении двух УПМ на наковальне полученный результат можно использовать для ремонта (УПМ + УПМ = суммарная прочность + 50 единиц прочности); при этом уровень газа сохраняется.
Добавлен навык, увеличивающий скорость полета крюка.
