Fixed a bug where temperature could affect creative-mode players.
Config
Redid the entirety of the config system. This new system is both more configurable and better organized.
System
The API now has an interface to create temperature-based clothing off of.
Changed how temperature affects the player in regards to duration and strength.
You sweat again.
Added Serene Seasons compatibility, the outside temperature changes based on season.
The desert is now cold at night rather than warm.
The temperature reduction from water now applies to leather armor.
All armor now provides a little bit of warmth.
