Mastercall 1.4.0 - Mash Kyrielight & Artoria rework

=== New Servant: Mash Kyrielight (Shielder) ===
- Her capsule is hidden in the snowy mountains. Artoria senses it and leads you there.
- Open the capsule and fuel it like a furnace (coal blocks / redstone). When it's charged, Mash wakes up with her shield. Other capsules in the world disappear after that.
- Her huge shield is a solid wall: mobs can't pass, you can jump on it, axes can't disable it. It blocks projectiles, Guardian beams and the Warden's sonic boom.
- She covers you in battle, taunts melee mobs, circles around you against groups, dashes and knocks small mobs back with shield bashes.
- You can take her shield, give her a regular one or leave her without one: lighter and faster, but more vulnerable.
- She needs to eat. Feed her from your hand or put food in her bag. Being fed by you means closeness to her.
- Noble Phantasm "Lord Camelot": a weak wall, a 270° fortress wall or a full dome. Which one she raises depends on how fed she is and how you treat her.
- Give her a ring and she won't let you die: when you fall, she runs to you, raises the wall or carries you to a bed on her shield, then guards the door.
- After that she gets nervous: her hands shake and she drops the shield. Stay with her by a lit furnace and feed her to calm her down.
- If she dies, place her shield in the summoning circle. She comes back and remembers how she died... and who killed her.

=== Artoria: major rework ===
Chivalry instead of trust
- Artoria judges you by the Knight's Code: fight with a sword, wear full armor, repair your blade instead of replacing it, sound the horn before battle.
- Stabbing in the back and killing villagers are dishonorable. She remembers everything, even after death.
- Ranks: Disgraced, Dishonorable, Squire, Knight, Knight of the Round Table. A dishonorable Master can't order her to kill, and only a Knight can give her a ring.
- Her Knight's Code book shows your current rank.

Excalibur
- New Excalibur: a glowing target circle on the ground (up to 128 blocks). A pillar of light falls from the sky onto it: huge damage, never hurts your allies.
- At high chivalry, Artoria can take her dark form with Excalibur Morgan and a pillar of darkness.
- Her famous charging scene: hilt to the forehead, light gathers into the blade.

Invisible Air
- Wind Strike: a short right-click sends a straight wind blast.
- Hold right-click to gather up to 5 wind charges on the blade's tip, release to fire them all at once.
- Wind Dome: the blade circles around you and repels every projectile.

Swordsmanship
- New combat AI: real sword combos, parries with a counter-thrust, cuts projectiles out of the air.
- "Faithful Blade" enchantment (a gift from Artoria): the sword never breaks and returns to your hand from anywhere (Shift + right-click with an empty hand).
- "Art of the Sword" book (chivalry above 50): sword block that reflects projectiles back at the shooter, a sword throw (Z) that can pin enemies to walls, and the Wind Dome.
