Mantle – Unofficial 26.2 Port is a community-maintained port of Mantle by SlimeKnights, originally created by mDiyo, updated to work with Minecraft 26.2 and NeoForge.

Mantle is primarily a library mod that provides shared code, utilities, data systems, rendering features, and other functionality used by mods from SlimeKnights and other developers.

This project exists to make Mantle available on Minecraft 26.2 while no official version for this Minecraft release is available.

🔥 About this Port

This is an unofficial community port.

The goal is to preserve the original functionality of Mantle while adapting the project to the API and internal changes introduced with Minecraft 26.2 and current NeoForge versions.

The port includes extensive compatibility work covering areas such as:

• Recipe and ingredient systems
• Recipe serialization and displays
• Loot systems
• Data and resource loading
• Client rendering
• Fluid container interactions
• Commands and book-related functionality
• Extra Heart HUD rendering
• Registry and component changes
• NeoForge 26.2 API changes

The port has been compiled, built, and tested in-game on Minecraft 26.2.

This project is intended as a temporary compatibility port.

If SlimeKnights releases an official version of Mantle for Minecraft 26.2, development of this unofficial port will be discontinued in favor of the official release.

Users are encouraged to switch to and support the official Mantle project whenever an official compatible version becomes available.

This is the initial public release of the Minecraft 26.2 compatibility port of Mantle.

The focus of this release is maintaining the original functionality of Mantle while providing compatibility with the Minecraft 26.2 and NeoForge environment.

As this is an unofficial port, compatibility issues may still occur when Mantle is used as a dependency by other mods. Please report problems related specifically to this port through this project's CurseForge page.
